Rogelio Martell ,photographer ,filmmaker and writer was born and raised in Lima , Peru .He has always been very creative ; having studied filmmaking in Lima , photography in the School of Visual Arts in New York and Documentary Production in UCLA in Los Angeles , where he now resides .
Rogelio has been involved with photography for over 20 years .His photographic work and articles have been featured in prestigious newspapers and magazines in South America , Europe and the USA .
He is constantly working with new techniques , ideas and images .His inspiration is portrait , nature and travel .He has been photographing people and natural beauty from around the world. Rogelio feel very lucky and blessed to have spent much of his life in the world’s most beautiful places .He specializes in portraiture , either on location or in his studio .
Rogelio is also very interested in photographing indigenous cultures in order to document their rituals and traditions in the modern world .His mission is encouraging conscientious creative interaction with the environment ,inspiring hope and insight with the healing power of beauty .He is now working on his new project , EsotericJourneysTV ,a internet program about sacred places and people around the world .
